INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA (PRIVACY STATEMENT)
Pursuant to art. 13 of the General Regulation on Data Protection (EU Regulation 2016/679) - G.D.P.R., we hereby inform Users that:
The Data Controller of Personal Data - the Company 3D2B S.r.l. (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "3D2B"), located in Via Marsala 29H, 00185 Rome, Italy - VAT number: 07599231003, is owner and operator of the website: https://www.3d2b.com (hereafter "website"), through which Users can request certain services or ask for information.
In particular 3D2B S.r.l. offers the following B2B services: Telemarketing; Data Services; Marketing Automation; E-Mail Marketing; Marketing Consultancy; CRM Systems, so the purpose of collecting personal data in the contact form is to acquire contact details to reply to user’s request.
The legal basis for processing this personal data is the user’s request, and all mandatory fields are necessary to better evaluate user’s needs and provide proper feedback.
The company representative who fills out the contact form shall be confident that his/her contact details could only be used by 3D2B S.r.l. personnel to establish further communications by email or by phone, related to user’s request; any information provided won’t be shared and will be processed by 3D2B with the aid of electronic and / or automated tools only to record the user’s request; the data recorded in the information systems can only be accessed by authorized subjects on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself, or employees of external companies, data processors for the development and operational management of the technological platforms used.
In any case, all personal data acquired are not subject to any automated decision-making process; no information shall be transferred outside the European Economic Area without proper guarantees, unless requests are specifically addressed to provision of services outside Europe ; specific measures of security are also observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
3D2B retains personal data on the basis of the terms necessary for the correct pursuit of the pre-contractual purposes identified above, and however not longer than 5 years.
It is possible to contact 3D2B to exercise data subjects rights (eg access, verification of origin, rectification, opposition, limitation, etc ) referred to in art. 15 and ss. of the EU Reg. 2016/679 (so-called GDPR) writing to the Data Controller at the following email address: privacy@3d2b.com.
3D2B has appointed its Data Protection Officer (DPO) who may be contacted at the following email address: dpo@3d2b.com. The DPO is a person skilled in data protection, whose task is to evaluate and monitor the GDPR full application for a lawful and correct processing of personal data.
Alternatively, it is also possible to propose a complaint to the Italian (or any UE) Supervisory Authority, in the cases and for the effects expressed by current legislation.
